We offer a wide variety of patch styles that can be applied to several different types of items. For hats we use a Hotronix 360 IQ press that has a lower heated platen which reduces scorching and allows the patches to adhere to the hat without overheating the top of the patch. Leather Patch

custom logos laser etched into genuine leather patches. These patches allow you to create fine detailed logos, adding a rugged, yet refined look to apparel, hats and hard goods. Choose from a selection of colors and finishes that bring your customer’s designs to life. Available in Taupe, Caramel and Natural colors. Patches keep the shape of your design. Faux Leather Patch

A rustic, upscale look for any brand with animal-free faux leather patches. Available in heat applied or pressure sensitive backing, create finely detailed, laser etched custom logos that are easy to apply and safe for washing! Choose from 4 color options with a consistent finish to create elevated apparel or hard goods. Available in 4 color options: Black/Silver, Chocolate/Black, Chestnut/Black, and Sandstone/Black. Custom or basic shapes available. Min size: .5” x .5”; Max size 6” x 6”. Approximately 1 mm thick. Lab tested for 50 regular wash cycles Ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, hats, bags, jackets, hard goods, etc. Pre-production physical sample available for a fee.

Print Stitch Patch

Print Stitch Patches blend two of the most popular decoration methods to achieve a remarkable effect in just one custom patch. These high-end, specialty patches combine embroidery and sublimation for a full color, photo-realistic finish that offers the texture and dimension of traditional stitching. Add value to apparel and hard goods with Print Stitch Patches, available as either heat applied transfers or pressure sensitive stickers. Can be heat applied or stickered to any hard good.
